We are the Exclusive Caterer at Black Forest in Frankenmuth Michigan. There are four beautiful rooms to pick from at this venue.

The Kaufmann room is a picturesque venue with stunning wood pillars supporting a vaulted 25' cathedral ceiling. The Kaufmann room is located on the upper floor and will be accessible by elevator or stairs. This room will hold up to 325 people for dinning and up to 600 for auditorium style seating.

The Black Forest room is our newest banquet room and is located on our main floor. This room can hold up to 200 people for dinning.

The Patio room is located next to the Black Forest room. The Black Forest room can booked along with the patio for extra seating. The patio makes an elegant setting for your special event. Glass enclosed, it makes for an gorgeous view of nature during every season. The patio room is available for groups of up to 125 people.

The Meyer room has beautiful chandeliers, wall sconces, and large mirrors. Located in our lower level and accessible by elevator or stairs. This room will hold up to 150 people for dinning and 325 people for auditorium style seating.
